These Terms of Use («Terms») govern your access to and use of the Jrnl mobile application («App») provided by Reveat Inc. («Company», «we», «us», or «our»). By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
Description of the Service
Jrnl is a mood and habit tracking application designed to help users reflect on their emotions, track habits, and improve self-awareness. The App is provided for informational and self-development purposes only and is not intended to diagnose, treat, or prevent any medical or psychological conditions.
Description of the Service
You must be at least 4 years old to use the App. By using the App, you represent that you meet this requirement.
Subscriptions and Payments
Some features of the App are available through a paid subscription («Subscription»).
Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account upon confirmation of purchase.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
You can manage and cancel your subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings after purchase.
No refunds are provided for unused portions of a subscription period, except as required by law.
Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your information.
All rights, title, and interest in and to the App, including design, code, trademarks, and logos, are owned by Reveat Inc.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or reverse engineer any part of the App without prior written permission.
The App is provided «as is» and «as available» without warranties of any kind.
We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, secure, or uninterrupted.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Reveat Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
Your sole remedy is to discontinue use of the App.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
These Terms shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
